We're excited to announce that we just recently signed a contract with the publishing house Jossey-Bass to write Starting and Growing a Social Enterprise: A Hands on Guide to Successful Ventures and Sustainability. The book, due out next summer, is based on the Sustayne curriculum and will contain lots of interesting case studies in addition to worksheets and other exercises.

In the meantime, Kirsten Gagnaire, founder of Sustayne, has submitted a chapter for the book The Great Enterprise: Creating a New Civilization through Social Entrepreneurship and Responsible Business Practices, to be published by the Goi Foundation The chapter illustrates a vision of what the world could be if we apply a social enterprise approach to meeting business, social and environmental needs.
